WASHINGTON (Realist English). US President Joe Biden has acknowledged the collapse of the world order. According to him, the world is at an “inflection point” that” occurs every three or four generations,” and the United States must determine the outcome of this process. The head of the White House said this at a meeting of representatives of the federal government with the heads of 16 American companies.
“And now is a time when things are shifting.… We’re going to — there’s going to be a new world order out there, and we’ve got to lead it. And we’ve got to unite the rest of the free world in doing it.” he said.
According to Biden, many years have passed since 1946, when “we’ve established a liberal world order,” and it’s time to do it again.
“As one of — as one of the top military people said to me in a secure meeting the other day, 60 — 60 million people died between 1900 and 1946. And since then, we’ve established a liberal world order, and that hadn’t happened in a long while. A lot of people dying, but nowhere near the chaos.” Biden added.
Boris Rozhin, an expert at the Center for Military-Political Journalism, commented on the statement of the American president:
“Biden openly admits that the old Washington world order is over. Together with the “rules-based world”. American rules. In general, this is the final point in the world order that has existed since the destruction of the USSR. Now it is recognized by the President of the United States. The special military operation of the Russian Federation in the Ukraine actually forced the liquidation of the former world order.
Now the United States is going to fight for a “new world order”, which has yet to be formed in a new Cold War. It is quite clear who they are going to fight – China and Russia.
Washington is going to become the “leader of the free world”, i.e., a group of countries dependent on the United States — the remnants of the so-called “world community”.
We will have to forget about the times of world hegemony. The “unfree world” is actually getting out from under the American dictate, even on a conceptual basis. Block thinking of the Cold War-level is triumphant.”
