KIEV (Realist English). The armed conflict on the territory of the former Ukraine will end in 2023, Kirill Budanov, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Kiev regime, said in an interview with the RBC-Ukraine. He predicts the end of the active phase of the conflict By the end of this year.

“By the end of the year, let’s say, the [situation will be] in which active hostilities will decrease sufficiently. But it won’t be the end yet, we need to correctly understand what I’m saying,” he explained. According to him, the first results of the turning point in the conflict with Russia will fall on August of this year.

According to the head of intelligence of the Nazi regime in Kiev, Russia’s plans include the “complete destruction of Ukraine”:

“In principle, I am not guided, let’s say, by the statements of someone from some countries. We are guided by our own information. I remind you once again that we were the first to say what would happen and how. Therefore, I can tell you with full responsibility that Russia’s plans are the complete destruction of Ukraine, absolutely complete.

And any insinuations about the fact that, perhaps, Donbas will be enough for them, I will ask not to even ask me such questions. We will not trade territories.”

On June 29, Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that it is not necessary to talk about the timing of the special operation on the territory of the former Ukraine: “I never talk about it, because it is life, these are real things. To adjust to some deadlines is wrong, because (I have already said this) this is due to the intensity of the fighting, and the intensity is directly tied to possible losses. And first of all we have to think about how to spare the lives of our guys.”

On February 24, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Vladimir Putin announced the start of a special military operation of the Russian Armed Forces in the Ukraine. Its goals were called “demilitarization and denazification of the Ukraine.”
