General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) has been approved (the “Operator“) in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” in order to establish the procedure for processing personal data of the users of the site realtribune.ru (hereinafter referred to as “User” and “Site”, respectively).

1.2. The Policy defines the basic principles, goals and methods of processing personal data of the Users.

1.3. The use of part of the Site and some of its services involves the provision of personal data by the User to the Operator. In this case, the use of the Site and its services by the User is possible only on condition of prior familiarization with the Policy and consent to the Policy. A user who has provided personal data to the Operator is considered to have expressed consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the procedure established in the Policy.

1.4. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Policy, the User is obliged to stop using the Site and its services that involve the provision of personal data to the Operator.

1.5. The Operator has the right to make changes to the Policy at any time. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment the Policy is posted on the Site. The User is obliged to independently monitor the updating of the Policy on the Site.

1.6. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the User may follow via the links available on the Site. The relationship between the User and third parties to ensure the confidentiality of personal data provided by the User to third parties is regulated by the User and such third parties independently.

List of personal data processed by the Operator

2.1. By providing the Operator with his or her personal data, the User gives consent to the processing by the Operator of any and all personal data of the User that the User enters through the registration form on the Site or otherwise transmits to the Operator, as well as any and all personal data of the User to which the Operator independently obtains access in connection with the User’s use of the Site, without limitation, including:

2.1.1. surname, first name, patronymic (if any);

2.1.2. email address;

2.1.3. the IP address of the User’s devices, cookies information, information about the program with which the User accesses the Site, the time of the User’s access to the Site, the address of the requested page on the Site and the history of all User actions on the Site.

Principles and purposes of personal data processing. Sources of personal data.

3.1. The Operator processes the personal data necessary to carry out the activities, provided that the rights of the subject of personal data are not violated, and for the purposes that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.2. Personal data are processed for:

3.2.1. identification of the personal data subject;

3.2.2. communication with the subject of personal data, including for sending notifications, requests and information, for processing inquiries and requests from the subjects of personal data;

3.2.3. conducting statistical, marketing and other research;

3.2.4. implementation of User feedback;

3.2.5. marketing purposes.

Methods of personal data processing

4.1. By providing the Operator with his or her personal data, the User gives the Operator consent to process personal data in any way using automation tools or without using such tools, including, but not limited to: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of the User’s personal data.

4.2. Some methods of using the Site and its individual services may require the transfer of the User’s personal data to third parties. If the User chooses such methods of using the Site and its services, the User agrees to the transfer of personal data to third parties.

Measures to ensure the security of personal data

5.1. The Operator takes necessary and sufficient legal, organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as other illegal actions of third parties.

5.2. While processing personal data, the Operator is guided by the requirements of the Federal Law “On Personal Data” No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 and the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data protection.
