WASHINGTON (Realist English). The Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov believes that another series of unfounded accusations of alleged “atrocities” in the Ukrainian city of Bucha are a part of a coordinated effort by Western countries to demonize the Russian Armed Forces.
“The provocation in Bucha constitutes paramount cynicism and lies. Washington, having no evidence, has appointed itself a prosecutor and began to designate the perpetrators.”
He reminded that on the ground, things are exactly the opposite. In the regions of Ukraine controlled by the Russian Armed Forces, humanitarian aid is being scaled up:
“Hundreds of tons of food, medicine and essentials have been sent to meet the needs of the civil population. The Russian side guarantees the safety of humanitarian corridors for the evacuation of Ukrainians and foreign citizens.”
According to the diplomat, “American colleagues should pay attention to the facts and stop the criminal indifference to the actions of the national battalions, which continue to lock civilians inside the cities, open indiscriminate fire on refugees, terrorize and torture everyone who does not share their Nazi ideology”.
The Russian Defense Ministry denied the accusations of the Kiev regime in the alleged murder of civilians in the settlement of Bucha, Kiev oblast. The Russian units completely withdrew from Bucha on March 30, the day after the face-to-face round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine in Turkey.
All the photos and videos published by the Kiev regime, allegedly testifying to some “crimes” of Russian servicemen in the city of Bucha, Kiev region, are another provocation.
On March 31, the mayor of Bucha, Anatoly Fedoruk, confirmed in his video message that there were no Russian military in the city, but he did not even mention any local residents shot in the streets with their hands tied.
Therefore, it is not surprising that all the so-called “evidence of crimes” in Bucha appeared only on day 4, when the Ukrainian Security Service SBU officers and representatives of Ukrainian television arrived in the city.
All the bodies of people whose images were published by the Kiev regime, after at least four days, have not stiffened, do not have characteristic cadaveric spots, and blood in the wounds was unfolded.
The Defense Ministry stressed that this irrefutably confirms that the photos and video frames from Bucha are another staging of the Kiev regime orchestrated for the Western media, as it was in Mariupol with the maternity hospital, as well as in other cities.
