The success of the special operation in the Ukraine will give Russia advantages in the dialogue with the West

The vector of the Kremlin's relations with the countries of the collective West will be directed towards their deterioration until the successful end of the Russian special operation. This will be followed by a transitional period of rethinking the situation and searching for compromises. Cooperation between the European Union and Russia is inevitable due to purely objective reasons and circumstances, says Doctor of Political Sciences Alexander Vilkov.

MOSCOW (Realist English). In case of successful completion of the special operation in Ukraine in the medium term, the system of relations between Russia and European states will be built on the basis of Moscow receiving additional advantages in comparison with the level of 2021, Doctor of Political Sciences Alexander Vilkov believes.

“After the successful end of hostilities on the territory of the former Ukrainian SSR, for a certain time (no more than three years), the process of the formation of the European world in a new geopolitical situation will take place in Europe. In the medium term, the system of relations between Russia and European states will be built on the basis of Moscow receiving additional advantages in comparison with the level of 2021.” the expert said in a comment on the website of the Russian Society of Political Scientists.

According to him, the vector of the Kremlin’s relations with the countries of the collective West will be directed towards their deterioration until the successful end of the Russian special operation:

“This will be followed by a transitional period of rethinking the situation and searching for compromises. Cooperation between European countries and Russia is inevitable due to purely objective reasons and circumstances. It is based on trade in raw materials, energy carriers, fertilizers, food and communication services from the Russian Federation, the range of goods purchased in European countries is likely to decrease.”

Vilkov emphasizes that the “collective West and its satellites” will support the Kiev regime until the end of its existence on the territory of the country and after that.

“It is impossible to influence this, because Kiev is fulfilling the “historical” mission entrusted to it by the ruling class of the United States. Therefore, the sooner the special operation is completed, and the more radically the elimination of the carriers of Nazi ideology on the territory of the former Ukraine is carried out, the sooner the process of changing the position of the West on this issue will begin.” he believes.

On February 24, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Vladimir Putin announced the start of a special military operation of the Russian Armed Forces in the Ukraine. The special operation forestalled and thwarted a large-scale offensive by the shock troops formations of the Ukraine’s Armed Forces of on the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics, not under control of the Kiev regime, scheduled for March of this year.
