KIEV (Realist English). Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kulyeba called on Germany to provide more weapons to the Kiev regime and harshly criticized Germany for the delay in taking decisions after the start of the Russian Armed Forces special military operation. The Ukrainian diplomat wrote about this in an article for the German edition of Die Welt.

“The Ukraine needs help. Give us more weapons so that we can defend ourselves. Help us protect our skies, contribute to providing us with combat aircraft, provide more serious anti-tank, anti-aircraft and anti-missile weapons. Introduce even tougher sanctions against Russia, including the rejection of Russian energy carriers, disconnecting Sberbank from SWIFT, freezing correspondent accounts of Russian banks and companies, banning the entry of Russian ships into European ports,” Kuleba wrote.

He reminded that even before the start of the special operation, the Ukraine had asked for preventive sanctions and urged not to build the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline.

“We asked for weapons, and in response we heard stories about “historical responsibility”, which for some reason extended to the Russians, but not to the Ukrainians. We asked not to build Nord Stream 2.”

The Minister stressed that the Ukraine needs constant public pressure on Russia from the partners, including the demand to stop the military operation and to allow humanitarian corridors to rescue the civilian population.
