Turkish fascists attacked the Kurds of Syria

The Turkish TV channel NTV stressed that the Ankara aircraft used the Syrian airspace, which is controlled by Russia, to strike at the Kurdish militia. Moscow began to persistently refute the fact that the Syrian sky was opened for Turkish aggressors by the Aerospace forces of the Russian Federation.

AL-HASAKAH (Realist English). As a result of the aggression of the Turkish fascists in the north and northeast of Syria, at least 31 people were killed. This is reported by France 24 TV channel with reference to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which is based in London.

On November 19, the aircraft of the Turkish fascist regime shelled two villages in northern Syria inhabited by refugees. This was reported by the Reuters with reference to representatives of the Kurdish Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

“Turkish occupation forces are shelling the village of Al-Beylonia, which is home to refugees from Afrin, forcibly displaced there from Afrin in 2018. We are also talking about the village of Dahir al-Arab, where refugees from Ras al-Ain live, who were forcibly displaced as a result of the Turkish occupation in 2019,” Farhad Shami, head of the SDF press center, wrote on Twitter.

As a result of the aggression, the number of civilians killed in the city of Al Mālikiyah/ Derik reached 11 people. There are many wounded. Ankara is also striking the Syrian city of Kubani, which is located in the north of Aleppo province.

“The aggression of the Turkish fascists in Syria is a sure sign that [Recep] Erdoğan and his pack decided to set fire to the frontline areas for the sake of scoring points during the election campaign that started. By attacking the Syrian Kurds, Erdoğan openly challenged Iran and the United States, which have repeatedly warned the Turkish regime against such a step. This is a de facto declaration of war on Washington and Tehran. In words, the Turks announced it relatively recently — through Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu, who accused the United States of supporting the Kurdistan Workers’ Party and committing a terrorist attack in Constantinople,” Realist Editor—in-Chief Sarkis Tsaturyan believes.

The Turkish TV channel NTV stressed that the Ankara planes used the airspace of Syria, which is controlled by Russia, to strike at the Kurdish militia. Moscow began to persistently refute the fact that the Syrian sky was opened for Turkish aggressors by the Aerospace forces of the Russian Federation.

“These are the strategic partners of the Russian Federation: first they use, and then they will shine in an unsightly light. A disgrace!”, — Tsaturyan wrote in his telegram channel.

The Kurdish commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), Mazlum Abdi, believes that Ankara’s actions will not be limited to Kurdistan: “Turkey’s attacks will not be limited to our regions, which are now being subjected to aggressive and barbaric bombing.”

Currently, about 900 US troops remain in Syria, supporting the SDF in the fight against the Islamic State (an organization whose activities are banned in the Russian Federation).
