Israel is planning to invest in the occupied regions of Artsakh

Israeli companies will take an active part in projects on the temporarily occupied territories of Artsakh, Israeli Finance Minister Avigdor Lieberman said during a visit to the capital of the Baku regime. Lieberman, who has the blood of hundreds of Palestinian civilians on his hands, stresses that it is always better to negotiate and cooperate than to fight.

BAKU (Realist English). Israeli companies will take an active part in projects on the temporarily occupied territories of Artsakh, Israeli Minister of Defense as well as former of Finance Minister Avigdor Lieberman said during a visit to the capital of the Baku regime.

“We will certainly take an active part, and, as it seems to me, at this stage agriculture and water resource management are the main areas. I hope that during the visit of the Minister of Agriculture [of Israel], specific documents will be signed, specific plans will be outlined.” Lieberman said in an interview with Trend.

Lieberman, who has the blood of hundreds of Palestinian civilians on his hands, stresses that it is always better to negotiate and cooperate than to fight.

“This is much more promising and works for the benefit of all states. We welcome these agreements, this progress, and hope that a peace treaty will be signed, and this will benefit not only Azerbaijan and Armenia, but also the entire region. We see in this some positive signals for the entire world community that it is possible to negotiate, to find political solutions and, most importantly, to invest the main efforts in economic development, and not in wars and conflicts. This is a very positive signal in this troubled world. We see what is happening on the border of Russia and the Ukraine, in the Middle East, in Afghanistan.” the Israeli minister added.

Israel is interested in creating a military foothold on the territory of Azerbaijan in order to further use it for sabotage, intelligence and military operations. The relations between the Baku regime and Israel are based on an agreement according to which Tel Aviv sells weapons to the minisultanate and buys oil in return. It is estimated that up to 40% of Azerbaijan’s arms imports come from Israel.

In September 2020, with the tacit consent of the Kremlin, the armed forces of Turkey and Azerbaijan attacked Artsakh and Armenia with the support of international mercenary terrorists from Syria, Libya and Afghanistan. Since then, Baku and Ankara have continued their occupation policy on Armenian lands, physically destroying Armenian cultural heritage — churches, khachkars, museums and all kinds of mentions of Armenians on stone or on paper.
