Ads for fitness clubs and slimness marathons beckon with photos of embossed female bodies, and then you are already running to part with kilograms (and money). And here it seems like I have to support you by telling you about 100500 low-calorie foods. But I have another task — to preserve your health while fighting extra pounds. Therefore, this article is about the mistakes of losing weight.
Mistake #1. You ignore the beneficial properties of fat.
The topic of getting rid of excess fat is always relevant. Especially now in the era of rejuvenation of oncology, Alzheimer’s disease and neurodegeneration. In this situation, adipose tissue acts as a source of toxins, but at the same time it should be evaluated as a lifeline that the body synthesizes to eliminate deficiencies. It can be:
– deficiency of sex steroids;
