ChatGPT artificial intelligence bot wins new adherents in Russia

There are no complaints about the overseas brain bot either. The value of AI is measured by what moral values it serves. The value of science is to those for whose money it works.

MOSCOW (Realist English). The effect of advanced foreign technology this time surprised the Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic Alexey Chekunkov.

In his telegram channel, he said, that motivated Russian IT specialists managed to bypass the Internet blockade and ask the “super bot” the question: “What are the opportunities for Russia’s development?”…

The bot responded in order of priority:

  1. Diversification of the economy
  2. Construction of infrastructure in the Far East, Siberia and the Arctic,
  3. Development of innovations and technologies,
  4. Preservation of the human capital,
  5. Tourism development,
  6. Cosmonautics,
  7. Energy sector,
  8. Military-industrial complex…

Do Russian officials really need the wisdom of an information Oracle to reach these truths that are obvious even to a schoolboy? They couldn’t think of it for thirty years, and suddenly an overseas miracle reptile guessed!

In fact, there are no complaints against Alexey Chekunkov – who is one of the most talented leaders of the Russian state apparatus (the author of the new State Plan called “Northern Delivery”, the author of the Far Eastern concession). Annoyance takes over for the lost decades of managerial impotence, and the market degradation of the country. The years in which the Arctic and the Far East were depopulated, technology dried up, cosmonautics became impoverished. Now ChatGPT advises us to do everything that the USSR was doing with desperate persistence. And what public organizations, scientists, and philosophers could not shout loud enough all these years. Well, thank you.

There are no complaints about the overseas brain bot either. A truly advanced technology, the main advantage of which was described by Minister Chekunkov in two precise words: “The system “cleans” Internet noise, absorbs only the most significant sources – the world’s leading media, chief experts, scientific documents, literature.” <> “ChatGPT made a splash – it answers difficult questions in human language, explains scientific theories and even writes poems in the style of Shakespeare. It was called the best artificial intelligence (AI) in the world, predicted that it would dethrone displace Google search engines, and universities called for banning its use by students – it writes essays on any topic better than excellent students.”

We willingly believe Vladimir Putin’s axiom – whoever goes ahead in the field of artificial intelligence will own the world. But, as we explained above, the position of any thinking realist is that it is unacceptable to create an idol from artificial intelligence, as well as from science in general. The value of AI is measured by what moral values it serves. The value of science is to those for whose money it works… And what stated goals it serves.
