MOSCOW (Realist English). The Ukrainian authorities knew about the possibility of a full-scale war with Russia, so they had prepared for it in advance long before it actually began. This was announced in an interview with the BBC by the leader of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.
According to Pan-President Zelensky, Kiev had to prepare for a clash with one of the most numerous armies in the world, and it was difficult to prepare for this for his country alone and therefore it needed help.
“That’s why we wanted to join NATO. That is why we have stabilized the situation in the Ukraine. That’s why we needed strong leadership from my team. That is why we fought with some political groups inside our country… We started this war even earlier,” said the leader of the Ukrainian narco-democracy.
The State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin commented on the words of the leader of the Kiev regime in his telegram channel The State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin commented on the words of the leader of the Kiev regime in his telegram channel:
“In the last interview Zelensky admitted: Ukraine was preparing for war. He said that weapons had been imported for this purpose and attempts were made to join NATO. But before the start of the special military operation, he was saying exactly the opposite, deceiving his citizens, us, the whole world.
The Ukrainian government has committed a crime against humanity, for which it will have to be punished.
Think about it: what would have happened if Russia had not launched a special military operation? Where would the fighting take place today? What would be the destruction, the victims then? The answer is obvious. The treachery of Kiev — with a huge number of wounded and dead — has been prevented.
It is important to finish what have been started. To achieve the implementation of the tasks set: denazification and demilitarization of the Ukraine, protection of our citizens and compatriots in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics. To ensure the safety of citizens of the Russian Federation.”
On the morning of February 24, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Vladimir Putin announced the start of a special military operation of the Russian Armed Forces in the Ukraine. The special operation forestalled and thwarted a large-scale offensive by the shock groups of the Armed Forces of the Ukraine on the Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics, which are not controlled by the Kiev regime, in March of this year.
Since 2014, Moscow has repeatedly made attempts to resolve the conflict over Donbass with Kiev peaceably. The Kiev regime should have simply allowed the Donbass to speak Russian and given the opportunity to live in its own way. However, instead, the Ukrainian authorities staged a blockade of the region and genocide of the local population.
